Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can send it back in the for a full refund. Items must be in the original condition and be returned within 30 days of purchase. Returns are free for products you are not satisfied with.

What are your shipping lead times? 
Shipping times are listed below. The bevels ship from Vancouver, BC, Canada. 

Regular Parcel 

Local — up to 2 days
Regional — up to 5 days
National — up to 9 days

Do you offer expedited shipping for you products
Currently we only offer regular parcel shipping. As our business expands we will add a expedited shipping option.

How do you ship product?
We ship our products via Canada Post. 

How much does shipping cost?
It will depend on where you live and the weight / volume of your order. Our website will allow you to see shipping costs before you place your order.

Will you ship outside of Canada
We can ship worldwide, however our online store is limited to Canada at this time. For international inquiries contact us directly at info@trufitglass.com for orders.

General Questions

Where are your bevels made?
The bevels are made in China.

How thick is the glass the bevels are made from?
The glass is 5mm thick before it is beveled.

Are your bevels hand made or machine made?
Our bevels can be machine made or hand made. In general straight line bevels are made on a machine and bevels with curves / jewels are made by hand.

Are custom bevels available?
Yes - please contact us with your custom bevel needs and we would be happy to supply you with a price and lead time.
